Dakota Art and i.e. gallery (in Edison) have forged a partnership in the Dakota Gallery space, adjacent to the Bellingham Dakota Art Store. This will broaden the access to the visual arts for the Bellingham area and it's surrounds as well as make optimal use of a beautiful art venue. The gallery will be called Dakota Eye. In December of 2025 i.e. brings a group of 7 artists to the space for a show called "Move Slow and Make Things"
Dec 3rd - Dec 27th and participating in the First Friday Art Walk, Dec 5th. 6 - 9 pm
come meet the artists:
Claudia Fitch, Robert Hardgrave, Patricia Hagen, Shirley Scheier, Tim Cross, Margy Lavelle, Sue Danielson.

This group of 7 formed in 2020 to stay connected during covid restrictions by sharing their work with each other and having conversations about their personal work and the art world in general. Virtual studio visits if you will. They have been meeting every month since then, either by zoom or in person. This exhibit brings the viewer into that creative process in an informal way. A peek behind those closed studio doors.
Dakota Eye will change exhibits every month through 2006, with i.e. and Dakota Art alternating the curation.
